Ordering online using a credit card
We now accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Simply fill in your cardholder information at checkout.
We always send an email confirmation after you place your order. This confirmation will include your entire order summary and your order number. If you dont receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
so we can confirm your email address.
Ordering online using a purchase order
We are pleased to accept authorized purchase orders online, from schools in the United States. If you are authorized to submit purchase orders for your school or district, and would like to submit purchase orders through our website, follow these steps to get registered. Please allow us about one week to complete the process.
- Complete, print, and sign the purchase order registration form.
- Provide an authorization letter on school or district letterhead requesting an online account. This letter should be signed by the principal or assistant principal for a school, or the head of the Purchasing Department or other similar official for a district.
- FAX the form and letter, together with your tax-exempt certificate, if applicable, to 510-527-8760.
- Once we have verified your information and processed your request, we will e-mail you your Notice of Registration, and send you your login.
- Once you receive your Notice of Registration and login, simply choose the "Purchase Order" payment option each time you check out.
We normally turn orders around within two working days. If your need is urgent, call us at 800-660-8646 to request expedited processing of your order. We also offer a rush shipping option within the continental U.S. Charges for rush shipping are:
