Ordering online using a purchase order

We are pleased to accept authorized purchase orders online, from schools in the United States. If you are authorized to submit purchase orders for your school or district, and would like to submit purchase orders through our website, follow these steps to get registered. Please allow us about one week to complete the process.

• Complete, print, and sign the purchase order registration form.
• Provide an authorization letter on school or district letterhead requesting an online account. This letter should be signed by the principal or assistant principal for a school, or the head of the Purchasing Department or other similar official for a district.
• FAX the form and letter, together with your tax-exempt certificate, if applicable, to 510-527-8760.
• Once we have verified your information and processed your request, we will e-mail you your Notice of Registration, and send you your login.
• Once you receive your Notice of Registration and login, simply choose the "Purchase Order" payment option each time you check out.

International Orders

To order, please fax your order to 1-510-527-8760, email to info@primaryconcepts.com, or mail to Primary Concepts, P.O. Box 640, Lafayette, OR 97127. Orders are payable by credit card (American Express, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover) in U.S. Dollars. Shipping charge is the actual cost of shipping. We will contact you via email to inform you of the shipping cost, so you can confirm or cancel your order. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We DO NOT CHARGE your card until you approve the cost, so please monitor your junk folder until you receive our reply. Customer is responsible for all duty.

• Phone: Call us toll-free at 800-660-8646. Phone orders must be paid by credit card.
• Fax: Fax in your order form, together with signed, authorized purchase order, check, or credit card information, to 510-527-8760. Please include a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate, if applicable.
